Flexible benefits package which can be shaped to suit you! Incluedes the option to buy extra holiday at £0 (uses points you are allocated)
Car Scheme used to be good and worthwhile, now it is getting more expensive to run than PCP-ing a car personally. Unless you are at management level. Otherwise company discounts available.
Pension Plan: best Lunch or Snacks:worst
The best about the company's benefits are related to job stability and non-cash: company cars, private pension, health and dental insurance. Cash compensation is weak even when compared to competitors.
Choices scheme includes cars, extensive health insurance options including dental and critical illness, a good pension and company and personal bonus
Benefits are proportional to grade and based on a points system so you can choose whether to use points for cars, PMI, dental etc.
The pension use to be great being a defined benefit which had changed and closed in 2015 to new entrants. In 2017 they are trying to close it to all employees even legacy loyal staff of 20 years.
Private health Insurance, company car, pension and bonus in return for a low base salary
Points system with which you can buy benefits: car, medical, dental, critical illness, personal accident, ... Pension plan, 27-35 days leave
The best thing is the car. The worst thing is the salary that never increases once you have joined, even if you get promoted.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
