Good pension, health benefits and working from home. Few career opportunities
Great pension fun environment to work. Management really friendly and lots of opportunities for growth within the business . Manchester office is new and refurnished.
Good level of pension contribution matched
private health care, pension is very good as well
The Flexibility and working from home
BNYM has a very good pension scheme, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance and Annual Health check. Unfortunately 'Work from Home' was not offered due to the poor system functionality.
Fairly typical package at for a UK company, slightly better than some other US headquartered companies.
good pension 12% good health insurance decent other perks
People are very caring, friendly but not many opportunities and career progression, so looking for new opportunities were there is business growth, very conservative approach
Best - 12% non contributory pension scheme, private medical, option to buy additional 5 days holiday. Worst - uncertainty around flexibility/WFH. Although CEO has u-turned, managers are not keen to approve as a result.
