Great medical and retirement benefits.
Fantastic benefits - health insurance, gym memberships etc
Some benefits paid for by BP, others you have to pay for out of a 'Flexible Benefit' pay package.
Pay compared to other retailers in the area locally and industry isn't the best, especially for Night-shift and antisocial hours. Meal allowance discount and standard discount is pretty decent, however due to the nature of the business and partnership with M&S prices are quite high so essentially brings the cost down to regular prices!
Health insurance nonexistent, law pay rate, no sale commission, Management relationship with staff, no safety for night employees, progression highly dependent on the Manager relation with the employee rather than the merit of the performance . Lower benefits.
Bonus, shares, health insurance, internal energise tool to award colleagues
Shares, lunch and, flexible working
Decent benefits, not sure about the pension scheme and how that stacks up with other private companies.

Wide variety of benefits openly listed on their website. More than the average job
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
