Holidays and Pensions are good
Access to a variety if subsidised discounts as well as private medical. I didn't come across any negatives as I was not in a role that had extensive pay package benefits just the typical discounts to different services.
Great range of benefits
Best: a lot of choices Worst: Not very useful
Best thing about BSI is not working for them. the worst was working for them in the first place, very pompous and disengaged , self opinionated management team.
Pension is good. 27 days holiday, but you can buy or sell 3 days as well. There is a range of flexibility benefits that you can choose at the start of the year.
Generous amount of annual leave given by BSI. The benefits package too is very reasonable and competitive in the market.
All benefits are great, especially the health insurance and pension scheme
Good holiday entitlement, gym membership discount, great pension, cash back portal, healthcare. Sick leave was very generous although I never needed it. Salary was good compared to similar roles. The benefits package was very good.
Excellent benefits ranging from home working to reduced purchases and cash back.
