‘HR keeps on chasing you every day when you are coming back to work. They make your life hell of you call in sick even for a day!! ’
‘Some departments do this really well and it's left to the employee to manage their time and work from home / at other sites. Other departments are not so engaged with this way of working, either as the job role is prohibitive and unable to be carried out through agile working, or the manager doesn't support this benefit.’
BSI have a very good benefits package.
Not especially well-realised benefits scheme for mid to senior, lots of caveats; however, the shopping voucher scheme is excellent.
Great set of benefits. Good holiday entitlement with option to flex up and down, healthcare, pension, life insurance etc
Competitive Rate and good package
Standard Benefits Package. 27 Holidays a year. Non Contrib Pension, private health care extendable to family cover at employee cost etc.
Private Health care and subsidised gym membership
Package is extremely poor. Greedy company, they make 1000 excuses not to offer you their benefits (only on paper)
Would definitely say the benefit package is one of the best I have seen before. You can even manage and select all of these on an online system.
Varied benefits - encouraged to take them up
great benefits package including Pension
