    New employees only get half sick pay period of older employees as their contract is rubbish.

    Due the pandemic BT has been super supportive to all employees to provide flexible working. Especially as previously they have not been the most flexible.

The best thing about the benefits at BT is they are super flexible you can choose what you want to take as benefits and they have a pretty good maternity package. The worst thing is there are so many options and different systems its not clear what all your benefits are or how you use them.
