Free Broadband, No cycle to work scheme when I was there, although I think this has changed, nice people
The company offers a generous package of benefits, including a cycle to work scheme, an option to buy more holiday as well as discounts off several companies.
Generous parental leave compared to industry
Good AXA cover which is very useful
The best thing about the benefits at BT is they are super flexible you can choose what you want to take as benefits and they have a pretty good maternity package. The worst thing is there are so many options and different systems its not clear what all your benefits are or how you use them.
Pay is poor but pension & holiday contributions are good
Private medical, life assurance, bonus, car allowance, 27 days holidays
