‘Okay cover from what I can recall’
Great private medical insurance, generous employer contributed pension, 25 days holiday, flex options, great Wellness services in London (doctor, physio etc.)
Pension was okay as there was no employee contribution required just a flat 5%. Medical cover was also a plus.
It's pretty comprehensive, and gives me more than I was expecting from an employer in the UK
You can get some days off if you work well and are productive at what you do. You need to get along with your superiors too.
A great mix of lifestyle benefits as well as healthcare and pension options. People focused and thoughtful. 10/10
Bain offers a great benefit package including private medical insurance and is very flexible with regards to taking a leave of absence. Moreover, they have recently increased their pension contributions.
Ability to work 80% once consutlant / manager
You can get a lot of stuff expensed to the client, but there's no provision of food in the office. There is a free gym, but gym classes cost money. There's a GP, nutritionist, physiotherapist, and counselor that comes weekly, but are often booked out. Pension contribution is minimal but present.
The best part is the in-office wellness scheme which offers everything from massages, doctors appointments and exercise classes in the office.
Great in-office wellness support, including gym, doctor, physio, nutritionist etc. with range of paid and free appointments available. Global travel insurance. Generous paternity leave policy
