Sick pay is definitely reasonable
It’s definitely a lot better than the 5 days I got after 2 years in my last job! It increases by length of service but for the first 3 months you get no paid sick days. It’s different for staff vs hourly paid though.
Full sick pay as per government standards
i haven't taken it personally but they're lenient with compassionate leave which i think is good.
Give sick pay, not really seen any issues with it, all round pretty good.
it exists up to 6 months, unsure about how it actually works in principle as havent been off sick for that long. No reported issues to my knowlegde
The benefit summary is no different to any other civil contracting business. You are paid for your time, that is the main contributor to your compensation/ benefits.
