25 days holiday plus bank Holidays but thats all you really get unless high up in business
Senior leaders in contract tend to stop me from getting company benefits because doing this may cause them to have less bonus or show a good profit margin.

There is a company benefits scheme, includes the usual for a large main contractor - pension, shares, health insurance plus some added opportunity to purchase items for yourself at reduced rate
We get private healthcare, death in service, flexible benefits and competitive salaries. There’s also enhanced maternity pay.
Superb benefits from fuel allowance to subsidiary's for accommodation
they're okay and there is a wide verity of them from share schemes to online shopping discounts.
Health Cover, Company Car Scheme, Pension Contribution Schemes are all competitive. Happy with current benefits.
