Excellent benefits for all. Particularly thrilled about the child care benefits I receive for my little ones including 20 days a year emergency cover for child and elderly . Absolutely fantastic.

Highly supportive with occupational health and support with illness while in hospital. Procedure was covered by health insurance which really came in handy

Health coverage offered through AXA is pretty good, so private insurance is totally recommended. Especially given that the NHS in in the UK is absolutely awful. You can purchase up to 7 extra days of holidays, which can be good. Worst thing about BOA are bonuses, incredibly low and ridiculuos. An absolute joke.

Attractive flexible benefits package where employees can choose to accept additional benefits for salary sacrifice - sometimes NIC and tax deductible . Employees can also sell back certain benefits such as annual leave for increased salary. There are certain company core benefits for which no employee contribution is required such as pension, health care and certain level of life /sick pay insurances for example.
