Part-funded: Private Medical - only employee funded in basic scheme - fairly expensive to add cover for family on 'plus' scheme. Standard flexible benefits to choose to buy (e.g. Health Assessment, bike to work, dental plan, critical illness, etc). Also, option to buy/sell holidays.
The existing pension (Afterlife) was one of the best in the market but Barclays has subsequently changed the pension benefit which is not as good. Overall, the benefits package is in line with other high street banks
They had their own pension scheme and an option to join AXA PP Healthcare.
