The trust offers very good maternity leave pay, sick pay and death in service allowence. However there is little work life balance and no health care or insurance benefits, or bonus.

no life insurance cover or income protection which make employee vulnarable
terrible management, money is wasted everywhere. Staff benefit poor. interview selection is really random. Many staff are actually very hard working, but they can not retain them because they don't value them. Sort of a work bully - getting same paid, but if you have a hard-working attitude, you are loaded with more jobs than others.
