good company, good opportunities, great atmosphere
20 days holiday. Salary good. Yearly bonus that was pathetic due to "cuts made by the client"
The pay hourly was good compared to the high street restaurant in general
Lots of medical cover and local disounts,
If you have time to eat in your 12 hour shift the food is free, but not at all nice
If you worked a 6+ hour shift you got a free hot meal from the restaurant. only downside is you don't actually have a fixed break its more of a when you've finished that job you can have your lunch but then make sure you're back for this time to do this task. sometimes I found myself rushing my only break so that I could complete tasks on time which was ridiculous! even other members of staff that worked in different departments were shocked at how little rest I got. they should really have fixed times so that you always get the same amount of hours break. I was suppose to have a 30 minutes break for lunch but most of the time they were 15 minutes max.
There is no benefit working there I couldn't put towards my pension because it was so badly paid.
