Fantastic benefits, and they continue to increase. Sabbatical after a few years is a great perk.
only once annual bonus . very pick giving bonus . Salary increase not guaranteed. Good for work for them .
The health insurance, the flexible hours, work from home, days of holidays, and relax and funny environment , free drinks on Thursday
I was a single young man at the tike and didn't take any notice of what was being offered other than salary and any bonus packages on offer at the time unfortunately
They have an annual bonus scheme, 12 days working from home per year, starting annual leave is 25 days which goes up to 30 days with length of service, up to 8% matching pension scheme, cashback and private healthcare option, emergency leave and dependency leave days, 10 days sick pay, enhanced maternity leave, cycle to work scheme, optional unpaid career break, season ticket loan, life assurance, fruits twice a week, barista, drinks on Thursday and Friday evenings, company parties, annual Kids at Work day, half-marathons etc.
Private healthcare & company wide work-from-home yearly allowance
Has all the options you really need. Pension options, life insurance, health insurance, gym memberships, bike to work and eye test vouchers. Free bar once a week, condensed (not long) hours, dress down culture, modern offices, fast and efficient internal team.
The best benefit was decreasing the overall work week hours by 2 hours. The worst was probably the annual bonuses, as these doesnt reflect your work as the mgmt decide on one bonus for all.
Not very clear or transparent. No real advice.
