Holiday allowance was 20 days paid leave per year, rising with service, plus public holidays. Health care and pension plans were available. Overtime rates vary between position and department. Many employees are expected to do unpaid overtime.
Low pay compared to industry standard. Low annual increment, no payscale, no consistancy over pay across gender or roles.
