Compared to other companies, BlackBerry excel with their benefits programme. 25 days annual leave (plus 3 extra over the Christmas period), extremely generous company pension scheme, Bupa medical and dental for employee and family, travel insurance (personal and business), life insurance, 20 days sickness pay per annum, long term sickness leave, £300 per annum for fitness reimbursement etc.etc.
BUPA cover was excellent and optional dental plan. Bonus was not guaranteed.
