Flexible benefits package that can be altered by employees at various windows during the year, plus an annual performance related bonus.
The change to flexible holiday is an excellent upgrade on an already decent benefits package.
Worst - limits to flexible working
Flexibility to buy up to 5 days extra holiday but this is capped at 30 days total. Have been part of better health care packages at other employers.
Standard corporate offering: private health insurance, pension contributions, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance, discounts on certain shopping brands, self select, etc.
Pension contribution is good, increasing to excellent with long service (5 and 10 year increments). Same for goes for vacation days.
Salary is not good at all everything else is standard or below par. They are a pension fund manager and understand what needs to be done for people to save but still have one of the worst contribution rates ??
Good - Private health care. Not so good - Pension
increasingly flexible benefit options allows employee to tailor - now includes paying for additional days off, dental cover etc
Common packages of benefits, nothing extraordinary but covering all the important stuff
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
