Very comprehensive offering for benefits which you can choose and opt in for online. This includes investment advice and training for those who are unfamiliar but interested. Also subscriptions to great services for general trainings, and general informational books and resources.
Flexible Time Off for full time employees
Best is the medical and perks like Cycle to Work, discounts, etc. Worst...not sure the Unlimited Flexible Time Off works well or not, it’s too soon to tell.

Competitive compensation on the market, although less than similar role in IBs but better working hrs. Really good pension plan. The rest are pretty standard. Healthcare could be better
