Worst - limits to flexible working
Flexibility to buy up to 5 days extra holiday but this is capped at 30 days total. Have been part of better health care packages at other employers.
Standard corporate offering: private health insurance, pension contributions, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance, discounts on certain shopping brands, self select, etc.
Pension contribution is good, increasing to excellent with long service (5 and 10 year increments). Same for goes for vacation days.
