It is a good package actually and because we sell employee benefits we get them all in house too. You can also salary sacrifice to increase holidays which I really like as it is hard to cover school holidays otherwise
Not very competitive. However, still better than a lot of other companies in the market
- Holidays - usually just 20 days + 8 public holidays. Some people have extra days as result of contract negotiation - BUPA Private Health insurance - only basic level - Company contributes 4% of base salary irrespective of employee contribution, which is very good - NO Life insurance cover (Death in Services) for all, only to Senior managers - NO intensives, e.g. shopping discounts, rewards etc. However, company provides this as a service to other businesses
