‘Company always pay for your sick leave and it is very supportive with longer term injuries. Went through one so I know it first hand.’
Excellent benefits. Sick pay, good pension scheme, amazing maternity policy! Only negative, people can play the processes if they need to - meaning you have to put up with individuals who don’t do enough.
Good pension and health care benefits. Poor salary bandings.
Retirement package is okay. Not certified training is weakly supported.
Great private healthcare that can be extended to your immediate family and covers you for life if required
Good medical scheme but dental is not covered.
Comprehensive health insurance including dental and optical, income protection and life assurance, free counselling, great learning and further education contributions, good pension, 23 days vacation plus public holidays. Unfortunately, no discounted gym membership or in-house gym.
Company double-match on pension contributions up to 10%
Great pension and sickness plan
Good standard benefits (private medical, pension etc) but no flexible / selectable benefits that some more forward thinking companies provide.
Excellent benefits, there is nothing bad about any of the package the employee receives from the company.
