It would be great if we could have some form of Dental/Health plan available. Whilst there is Flexible working available, it depends very much on the role/department you are in - so not the same for everyone. Our Maternity package is amazing - 20 weeks full salary. Overall the benefits we are are really good in comparison to other companies.
Working for booking.com is good overall but you have to be well prepare that you will work really long hours during the peak season up to 52 hours per week.
