Discount is great. Perks at work also has numerous discounts on things such as gym memberships, travel insurance, flights and holidays, cinema tickets, days out, as well as appliances such a white goods and a lot more!
Best is you get every 3rd weekend off. Good pay and the people. Worst very long tiring hours. Rude customers. Not actually getting to do your job
You get 25% but only on products that are boots own, everything else you get 12.5% off. It would be nice if everything was 25% but I think it’s still a fair discount. I also broke my leg and got 2/3 months sick oh which I thought was amazing.
Good package overall, variety of benefits
It’s a fairly basic benefits package nothing particularly special and you have to wait 3 months before you get access to the benefits
Boots offer good holiday allowance and a percentage off of the products in store. Nothing is bad about it really.
As I worked part-time and was not there for very long due to leaving to tend to a sick family member I don't know how well I can advise on this. There's a good staff discount, but they're very strict about usage and it's just a scheme to get you to buy from their store.
Great staff discounts at on site shops and good level of discount at stores (up to 22%). Renumeration and work hours however are something of an issue. I reckon on average they pay 10-15% less than market average, no performance related pay awards and work hours are generally extended without overtime due to the immaturity of their planning and analysis in IT.
hard to get a pay increase once you are in the company, bonus isnt guranteed. flexi hours are good
We have work perks which involves discounts for cinema tickets and food, as well as for other items such as electrics, car insurance, etc. Discount is decent, however, discount could be abit more.
