Employees receive additional holiday allowance with longer service, and an awesome points based platform which allows employees to buy products and services ranging from nutrition to wellbeing and entertainment.

Competitive and flexible. Brightpearl understands that a one size fits all approach doesn't work for people. We have different needs and interests and the perks and benefits package acknowledges that.

Much better than average private health, dental and cashback plans. Childcare vouchers and cycle to work scheme. Regular social events and parties. Share options in lieu of bonuses currently, which is reasonable for a start up. Pension is minimal.

It's not as generous as a big company might be, but the difference is that they're very flexible and human - you need a bit of flexibility because your boiler broke down or your kid is ill? No problem. You want to work from home part of the week because of family responsibilities/commuting/just because? That's cool, let's work something out that's good for everyone. To me, that's worth so much more than the generous benefits packages I've had at large corporations where it looks good on paper, but in reality the culture is so inflexible you can't use most of the benefits without getting some attitude. I work hard for the company, and I want the company I work for to respect that and me. I feel it's more of a two-way relationship here, compared to other places I've worked.
