Best thing is pension and death in service cover. I feel safe and secure knowing that i have those.
Best - You can get massage costs reimbursed. Worst - No employee private medical insurance or things like critical illness or income protection to be able to kick in after the 12 days paid sick leave

private health was introduced just as I was leaving so not sure what is included. Death in service is provided by aviva
