I was not eligible for benefits as my contract was part-time and temporary, but I believe full time employees receive great benefits. A top employer all round.
Very few benefits. Low promotional opportunities. Low pay, although this can be expected somewhat in charity organisations.
Well this was a charity so didn’t really expect any benefits
Fairly standard package, much of which has arrived in the last 3 years while wages have gone down in real terms
no benefits all you get is abuse
some things are included and some are not it depends on your package and it can take a while to know exactly
Good private health insurance and gym subsidy. Flexible working is a priority at BHF.
Benefits package is consistent across the organisation.
Hard unrewarding work not worth it no benefits I would not recommend this company to anyone- no real focus on staff
pros - gym subsidiary, pension, flex working, good annual leave cons - bad maternity pay, no annual bonuses, bad pay for non seniors
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
