I'm fairly new so I just appreciate that there's one in place at all! Coming from education, you don't even get the tools you need to do your job never mind extra perks. However, by far the best perk is the GymFlex - I am already a member of Nuffield Gym and pay £53 per month. Once I've passed my probation, after GymFlex is applied, it'll only cost me around £16 per month. Excellent!
