Colleague assistance programme Worst: Pay only goes up with cost of living increase- no scope to earn more. Pensions changed recently which was detrimental to longer standing colleagues with no recompense- however this was beneficial to newer colleagues. Employee discount scheme is no longer competitive with generic alternatives.
