    Time off not used was given back as ‘honey pay’ which was good. Staff discount on products was helpful too

    20 day holiday. Other than that there are no benefits, if there were then I never knew/told about them ever.

    for the price of the bears, 30% off doesn't do much for the overall cost as it still works out to be expensive. this is due to all the add ons which can be up to £5 each and that's just inside the bear

    Low wage however there was generous employee discount and I know they had a pension scheme. I was only part time so didn't bother with that but it was available.

    Fun retail environment and it involves a diverse range of tasks, especially for a retail environment. Salary and perks such as extra holiday pay are difficult to obtain.

    Worst thing was the fact that to run a child's (of up to 16 kids) party on your own you only received 1 hours worth of pay which for me was only £5.. The children were set budgets of around £15 each so the party was expensive for the parents but there was no party fee and so there was no extra benefit in return for an extremely stressful hour!
