One of the best salaries within luxury retail. The company offer a lot of holiday, more than any employer. Commission could be improved.

Sample sale is currently extended to non-permanent employees, which is a bit annoying given that it's supposed to be a perk for permanent staff. Full price product is so expensive that I only ever used my staff discount in the outlet and on makeup. Senior management are given much more discount (75% at SVP level), an irony given that they earn so much more. They have also recently started to allow sabbaticals of 3 months, because so many people were leaving Digital. I don't think it is a formal policy however. You can work from home but only with your manager's discretion. I had one manager who was fine with it and another who made my life a misery when I had to work from home for 3 weeks due to an injury. When I first joined they heavily publicised volunteering opportunities through the volunteering team but over time this went quiet. I believe you can still request 1 day per quarter for volunteering.
