During the Summer you finish at 1pm on Friday. You can work from home 1 day per week and you can get a free lunch everyday. There are frequent sample sales and you get discount in store too.
Best thing was the benefits, unlimited staff discount. Worst thing was mainly the footfall of customers, very inconsistent as the brand wasn't producing anything substantial at the time.

The benefits package is according to level of the individual so very limiting to what you get. Very reasonable however, the pension plan is one of the best out there. Negotiate as much as possible when accepting a role.
It is quite good but no standardisation of wages by level. You need to negotiate when you are in the offer stage.
