There is scope for good benefits but it is not standardized so you really have to advocate hard for yourself.

Benefits are good, but in the UK typically match those of the US. Because US employment standards are so much lower, this means the UK benefits are actually pretty standard - which management has always struggled to understand. Free lunch, fun parties and general benefits are good though.
