Yes great place to work shame it closed down
Usual things on holiday accrual, great staff discount when eating in restaurant. Nothing else to mention really, nothing bad to say.
The best: flexible hours The worst: paying for staff meals
Basic package, 30 days off, shared profits split between staff monthly.
Great staff discount on food. Especially for managers who get free food.
New TRONC scheme pays managers really well, and the extra pay for extra shifts really makes a difference.
The benefits package adds nothing to the vast majority of its workers, particularly to its lowest paid employees who regularly work 12 hour shifts for continuous days in a row.
you need to work over 12hrs per day in order to receive a decent wages/salary; Like many uk companies, you do get paid time off which is different from US companies.
Holidays and pay is good
Service charge policy is poor and you aren't allowed to discuss it with customers if they ask.
