    So far I'm on a training and just recently been signed out and joined academy. You don't have any benefits if you won't work here for 3 months at least. Later on all the doors are opening to you.

    Best - reasonable remuneration, A-list discounts, reasonable holidays, flexibility within the package. Worst - shift pattern that requires frequent weekend working.

    There are plenty of benefits available to staff I.e. Subsidised gym membership, dental plan, product discounts, performance bonus, campaign incentives, apprenticeships etc.

    Best: dental cover. Worst: gym membership only partly subsidised, making it too expensive especially considering the rate of pay.

    Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately we cannot pay full membership for staff, but can offer part subsidised to assist with the affordability of a gym membership in various London locations.

    Lots of benefits. Pension, product discounts through campaigns, gym membership contribution, paid breaks, death in service, apprenticeship scheme, performance bonuses, vending & coffee machine, childcare vouchers, dental care plan.

    No benefits whatsoever.... actually, that's a lie. They had a dental plan, which was good and easy to use. Apart from that, absolutely nothing.

    They say you get 'commision' but the targets are unrealistic to get them especially if you're new and lose points for mistakes you make as you were not trained on what to do and have to learn on the calling floor.
