    Entry pay is good, but raises will be terrible and you'll fall behind industry average after a few years. Share plan is good - they match up to 2.5%. Lots of flexible benefits on offer (can buy/sell holidays, private healthcare, etc) and pension is decent. Bonus is pretty poor and rarely gets paid - their bonus requirements are built for you to fail.

    Note that benefits are under review at the moment and some are likely to be less generous soon. There's a big push to get staff to be office based so remember to factor in the 'home to office' deduction for client site travel. Most benefits listed are selected and paid for on an annual basis - sometimes you benefit from being part of a Corporate policy depending on age. Others are not that beneficial - for example the Employee Discounts may be less generous than found on sites such as Top Cashback. Sick Pay is a big bone of contention because this is insurance based and you can be penalised in your salary.

    Share schemes allow for extra money each month to save or spend - effectively an extra 2% of salary each month whether saved or spent.
