Shares scheme and extra holidays
CGI offers a very good benefits package including share scheme, buy or sell holidays, life insurance, employee discounts and many others.
Overall benefits are good and working environment is great but they are not very sales oriented which can be a challenge
Good pension scheme and share purchase scheme

Could someone suggest how good it is to accept the counter offer from your current employer in response to your resignation. Recently I sent a resignation mail to CGI after a job offer from TCS with almost 65% increment, in response to my resignation my manager has offered me a counter offer with slightly more salary than what TCS is offering me. A suggestion from someone who has/had experienced the similar situation would be highly appreciated.
Hi Team, I joined CGI on August, I am still in bench, I am afraid whether i get laid off. Its been more than 2 months i am still in bench. My manager and all they busy doing there work. I am still filling timesheet as inbetween assignments, Actually i am bit worried. Can you please give some insight whether i need to to stay in CGI or move from CGI. Please suggest.

Hi Fishes! Need a help to make an important decision. I am jumping the company for the frst time and have fear of joining others. Help me choose between EY ,PWC,CGI. The package they offered is nearly same 150%/180%/130%. Also PWC is offering complete wfh,so how can we be assured of job security?
The shares are the best!
Nothing spectacular about the benefits package. Ok salary and a few added extras like the share scheme.
Good annual leave / pension and share save scheme
Great benefits overall and very competitive. The share scheme is a great incentive and there are many options in terms of what else you can access I.e. eye tests, flu jabs, cycle to work, tech buying scheme etc. Also great access to a discount scheme for many retailers.
Standard Benefits Package: 25 days holidays Private Healthcare PPP- Depends on the performanace of BU. Mot of the times, it will be arund 1% of salary or None Share Purchase Plan - Contribution upto 3%
