They have a huge benefits package which can expand to your direct family Great discount scheme saving you money here and there
Great company to work for.
Share purchase plan and profit participation plan.
Share Participation Plan (CGI match up to 3% of salary)
Share purchase plan is the best, 3% salary matched.
Pension - generous 2:1 ratio; good private healthcare and travel insurance. No official, consistent or substantive bonus scheme.
Entry pay is good, but raises will be terrible and you'll fall behind industry average after a few years. Share plan is good - they match up to 2.5%. Lots of flexible benefits on offer (can buy/sell holidays, private healthcare, etc) and pension is decent. Bonus is pretty poor and rarely gets paid - their bonus requirements are built for you to fail.
A reasonable choice of flex benefits including profit share scheme and stock options.
Note that benefits are under review at the moment and some are likely to be less generous soon. There's a big push to get staff to be office based so remember to factor in the 'home to office' deduction for client site travel. Most benefits listed are selected and paid for on an annual basis - sometimes you benefit from being part of a Corporate policy depending on age. Others are not that beneficial - for example the Employee Discounts may be less generous than found on sites such as Top Cashback. Sick Pay is a big bone of contention because this is insurance based and you can be penalised in your salary.
Share schemes allow for extra money each month to save or spend - effectively an extra 2% of salary each month whether saved or spent.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
