Flexibility to work from home when needed
i dont know, even though it was an option i never took it up
Flexible depending on project and the relationship you had with your team and client
Best Thing: You are set up with everything you need as standard to work remotely. Worst thing: If you do need to go into work you can struggle to get a hotdesk in some of the offices.
It seems to be pretty good from what I have seen of the other people in the office. Generally they have one or two days a week at home.
Allowed as long as your perform and fulfil utilisation targets (which invariably mean you need to be on a project or with a client on-site).
Whilst there is a work from home culture and some members are based from home it is not necessarily a benefit - most members must have a CGI office that is their base so that all expenses have an element of travel "netted off" - for example, although I live 5 miles from a CGI office, my base office is officially 50 miles away thus meaning that I am unable to claim travel from home. CGI are extremely inflexible and will not enable a member to chose a closer office.
