    Benefits plan is actually great. Not aware of what other companies offer. The fact that you can buy an additional 10 days of holiday is very appealing above the 24 + 8 bank holidays.

    The best options are flexible working and work from home options. The worst one no performance bonus. The additional health care options are ok.

    Heath insurance, life insurance, pension - employer contributes 8.5% if you match it. Flex time, 8 public holidays, 22 days annual leave. Fruit each week, head/neck massages.
