‘Sick pay is paid by government ’
Good benefits and very good pension contributions. Career progression can be very limited in spite of the large scale of the company. Performance evaluation system very antiquated and cannot agree with the ‘bell curve’ used to distribute bonuses. This is brutal and in many cases unfair. Package overall however is generally competitive, although no inflationary increases above a certain level.
Wasn’t much in the Benefits package
Pension, everything else is average - i haven't used any of them and I can get better deals through other schemes
The best aspects are 401k, and vacation time. The worst things are the pay, and the work environment.... Not much more to say.
- Staff canteen is reasonable. - Free safety shoes - Travel is funded - Company credit card - even for interns. - No company shirt was issued in my department - but other departments got them
