Bonus schemes can be generous (25%) for senior management. Flat organizational structure makes it difficult to advance with anything more than a minor raise. Much of senior management who've been there are based on time served as opposed to merit.
Redundancy pay - statutory only
Excellent options available for every level.
Many of the benefits don't kick-in until after you have been there a while
Good benefits per management grade but with no flexibility
