We’re encouraged to hire personalities so you enjoy working with your people. The private health care for managers is nice.
Free coffee during the shift. You will create your own special drink. Discounted coffee and food in another store. Nothing much really.
Free coffee during the shift, great discount on food and there is also a mobile app with minimum discount and some other companies.
The only benefit you'll get is the one according to the law. In the past, you used to have a sandwich and water for lunch, but after the minimum wage rice, that is not the case any longer.
lots of unpaid hours , 20 mins break is just laughable but still sometimes you wont get even that!!!!!!
flexibility, employee discount 10% on all products
The worst thing about the benefits is that it doesn’t really matter if the store is making money or not, as you get the bonus only if you beat THEIR budgets (the impossible ones, so unrealistic) just so the managers and the assistant managers don’t get the bonuses and the company saves money
The only real company perk for non-management is the staff discount. Incredibly generous on shift, ok off shift. Holiday is 28 days though no days are automatic. My store only was allowed Christmas off and that was classed as a day off. Bonuses based on store performance are available for assistant managers and above though as ASM level you could get £50 a quarter. Not worth it for a budget worked out possibly up to a year beforehand. Even though I did a manager's job, I was never allowed to gain the manager perks so I can't comment on these.
There isnt one really.. £20 Nero voucher for christmas
NO BENEFITS at all, you work hard for the managers that get bonuses One benefits is that you have discount for food but the problem is that your break is not paid if you are hired after april 2016
