‘I wasn't sick much but it I always appreciate being paid when I am.’
‘The company is very pro flexible working.’
‘I didn't use this but it appears to be very good.’
Amazing benefits, cycle scheme, pension and much more. They offer a huge development programme with extensive workshops, training and coaching, including personal targets such as learning to play the guitar.
Greart perks, Good work-life balance, Positive approach to flexible working
The main benefits are the nice building, the subsidised food and free tea and coffee. There is a well being centre with classes ( I didn't use it it but its nice that they offer this). I had discounted train travel as well. I appreciated the nice Summer and Christmas party. Re other benefits - there was a small one off bonus paid at the end of the year.
A great employer, plenty of benefits available
Very good staff canteen (good, healthy food at cheap prices)
Good holiday allowance and working hours
Flexible working is becoming the norm rather than an exception
A wide range of benefits through the company portal, flexible working in most areas (some people struggle with this but it's being actively addressed and I had no problems at all in my team at Cambridge English). Also there are regular events and visits organised by the entertainments committee, loads of clubs you can join (the sewing bee is great!) and an on-site wellbeing centre.
The best thing was the student card which gets you discounts at high street cinema etc. The worse was the flexible working didn't offer much variation. Pretty much do you want 1hr lunch or 30mins.
Good benefits, including subsidised canteens, free expresso based drinks + tea etc, on site gym, wide range of training schemes including excellent management course. Good work underway to improve diversity. Good employee events through year. Worst thing is lack of consistency and clarity on home/ flexible working which is very much dependent on individual managers and can be perceived as unfair.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
