Benefits are good for a charity I would say. Holiday is fairly standard 25 days, pension is generous and there is a good approach to allowing work life balance, with management understanding and willing to allow leave and even sabbaticals when needed by individuals.
Good pension package, holiday increases over time - starts at 25 usually. Obviously as a charity there are no bonuses.
Worst part is discounts are for mainly shops that most Shop Managers can't realistically afford to shop at on their wages.
Good pension scheme contribution;
The salary is lower than other organisations though the pension contribution is generous. There are few opportunities to move through salary bands unless you are changing roles.
Was given £5/day lunch expenses and travel expenses.
There are lots of very good benefits offered at Cancer Research UK. I would rate it very highly and enjoy working for CRUK
Good benefits. Unfortunately a lot of them are only relevant around London (e.g. vouchers, discounts)
As I was only an intern at this company I am unsure on the complete benefits package. But even as an intern you are given the same flexible working with core hours being 10am-4pm, you are also given the flexibility to work from home.
You get free books, etc. when they come into the store sometimes, or you get discounts on stock and first pick.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
