They cover pretty much everything. The package can be scaled up and down. They can also provide you some of the bonus if you are going to loose your bonus when planning to move over, but depends on your negotiation skills.
Normal perks, health insurance, pension co-contribution, taste cards for entertainment deals. Benefits are fairly standard on the generous end of this spectrum
Good package but lack the flexibility of other benefits packages.
Not sure how it rates against it direct competitors, but based against client-side roles the benefits were better and rate of pay much improved.
