Discounts on Microsoft and computer hardware are not provided - this would be a nice benefit to have for a technology company.
No additional medical insurance or other medical benefits. Bonuses can be good but highly dependent on the performance of the company (which can be skewed). Salary increases at par.
Benefits are well known in the company. Most things seem to be just in line with minimum regulations in each country.
