They have a Rewards program but I am so busy with many deadlines and conflicting priorities I dont have time to investigate what it is all about.

Benefits package at Capita could be better. The best deal seemed to be to buy more holidays. They also had a cool one where you get a voucher with hundreds of restaurants so you can eat out at nice places.
Benefits offering represents that absolute minimum that they can get away with. Terrible attitude to maternity leave and even states in policy that KIT days should be UNPAID - disgrace. You get paid sick but statuatory, absolutely minimum maternity. This business really should do more. Dads are not supported during this precious time at all and many use their holiday entitlement for paternity leave so they are not loosing pay.
Pension age is 75 - no real perks other than flexible smart working whic is great for work life balance
