The benefits are great, they include private health insurance, including dental, Travel to work loan and a great pension scheme to name a few.
The pension is amazing; you get 5% put in for you even if you put nothing in yourself, and then a greater percentage the more you choose to contribute. I also really love the possibility for flexible working.
