It's worked out well for me
Annual leave is 25 days for a 37.5 hour contract (for office staff). Standard
25 days as standard leave for this
25 days annual leave per year for full timestaff
most of the time they decline your annual leave because the days dont match up with their service demands
I find this is good/reasonable
It is brilliant because we all have to have some time off every year, and we get paid for those days off which we are allocated. However, if we choose to have extra days off we do not get paid sadly. I work 12 hours a week so I get 11 days paid holiday because I had a few days off for christmas etc. But if I choose to have 2 weeks off, then I would not get paid.
