Pension ok, 100's of perks/discounts with well know retail outlets. No sick pay, which penalises the committed and honest staff who when have genuine illness are not paid.
Quite good benefits, but you only get these if you are a manager

The company has a pension scheme, which every company should have due to law changes. The company also has a employee reward scheme, where employees can get discounts from different retailers.
Awful benefits package, nothing at all basically
It's a small benefits package and the managers get a different package. It doesn't include a bonus or anything like that. You can upgrade the pension but it's not very good. Things like sick pay and maternity leave are statutory.
benefits were not given as advertised - that is the worst thing. best thing? cant think of any.
