The best things are pension contribution, 10 paid sick days PA and 28 days holiday (including public holidays). Working hours are somewhat flexible and th3y have free coffee, biscuits and alcohol daily.
There are no real benefits
No healthcare or perks but holidays are quite good considering you start off with 20 days and the company closes down between the 24th and the 2nd every year - so about 7-8 extra days off! Moreover, bi-annual bonuses can be quite a good boost. Would suggest some added benefits though - a gym package or basic healthcare would be nice for long-terms employees.
There is a pension scheme for over 22's.
Worst thing was that there were no benefits.
There was no benefits package at Chambers & Partners.
Sick pay and bonus. Worst aspect: no private health care
best thing is the salary and twice yearly bonuses. Worst thing: lack of private health insurance
