‘Never called in sick but support was good.’
‘Superb discounts - great prices in the staff shopping area, a permanent 45% discount on retail prices, 20% on clearance prices, 30% on the White Company, plus great deals at charity sales, held twice a year.’
‘Back dated for three months prior, always on time’
Bonus, paid monthly, money off thousands of other retailers
Great informal company but has a standard benefit package. The best employee benefit is the staff discount and a hub where you can save money on 100s of retailers.
Free suit every 6 months!
There are good insurance and maternity leave options, also very important pension funds. Overall, I did not use any of them but I know that maternity leave was not too bad and people were taking advantage of it. I could take holidays any time ai wanted, which was benefit in my eyes as well.
There is a great offering of benefits
We have a quarterly bonus. Sick pay (not very good though) free fruit on Wednesday, we have an online rewards gateway for discount at diffeent retailers 50% of own brand products and 30% at the white company.
Good things were pension, health package and performance bonus but holiday allowance is abysmal and there is no season ticket loan scheme.
Lots of social events. Good pension & health care package. Gym discount. Company discount.
There is access to a cash health plan, Perkbox and flexible working. I think the annual leave could be a little more generous, but I have come from a charity background where it is extremely generous. Monthly lunch days are very welcomed, charity sales and access to a staff shopping area.
Basic benefits package. Health insurance, pension, etc. Health insurance is quite heavily capped and you have to pay the healthcare provider first and then claim it back
