The benefits package is virtually non existent, unless you are in a Senior Management role. It would help if they did a survey of other local companies and the benefits packages they offer.
Very good for flexible working, and acquire up to 30 days leave with service. Pension though is only a 5% company contribution.
Generous holiday package - start with 25 days which rises to 27 at year 3 and 30 at year 5. Healthcare benefit could be improved.
