Good PMI, Dental coverage, getting better with softer benefits like Parental pay etc.
Benefits are good. Solid private healthcare and dental options. Holidays are reasonable with the opportunity to buy 5 or carry over 5 days
The benefits package includes dependants and is to a fairly decent level. Allowing you to get treatment quickly that otherwise in a normal situation would require you to wait weeks, months or years on the NHS
not many bad things, not many great ones
Best: PMI/Dental/Pensions Worst: Parental leave/initial holiday leave
Good pension - you pay in 5%, they pay in 10%. Option to purchase extra holidays. Salaries can be low but perks are good.
Medical and dental insurance is a good benefit. Holiday entitlement is not great and salary levels are lower than industry standard.
The salary was good, the breaks were good, the hours were good, fun and helpful company to work for
Great pension, good basic pay and london weighting
Life insurance and sick pay
