Flexible working is part of who we are at Cisco and we truly believe that our culture of flexibility plays a big part in our success. Its not a ‘one size fits all’ approach and our flexibility really does change depending on the needs of the person. Flexible working comes in many forms and we have a flexible attitude to how, when and where our people work. We have many examples of how flexible working has helped people who have caring responsibilities, people who are recovering from periods of ill health or where someone just wants to make sure they get to that gym class or appointment.
