Everything is good. there is nothing I can think worst about the benefits package at Cisco Systems.
Best: Health Insurance, Pension scheme, Child Care, Holidays
Great perks such as free lunch, ease of travel and pension / healthcare
Good pension scheme, you can buy an additional 5 days leave per annum, you can invest in Cisco's stock which you receive twice-yearly dividends on.
Best: Car allowance plus fuel card; decent bonus, health and dental care. Worse: They use the previous benefits as pay raises some times which defeats most of their purpose.
Pspp stock options and working from home
Very flexible - can buy holidays as an example. Great coverage of health, dental, gym, vouchers, salary sacrifice etc. The best benefits package I have had in my career
Salary + Bonus + Stock purchase plan + Pension + MedicalInsurance
