Good benefits package and clearly summarized on their benefits site in a total reward statement. Employees of grades 10 and above get Car allowance of £600 per month. All employees get 25 days of holidays and one day off for their birthday, up to 5 days off for volunteering purposes, dental and medical cover, life insurance. Cisco pays minimum 5% contribution to employee pension and also matches your personal contribution up to 3%. Employees have an option to participate in stock purchase program, which contributes up to 10% of employee's base salary and bonus and purchases stock for them at the end of every 6 months at a discount. New mums who have worked for the company for at least 9 months, get 16 week fully paid leave, and up to a year maternity leave. Parents have an option to enroll in childcare vouchers scheme and back-up childcare program. In addition to bonus, employees are rewarded with RSUs. There is Connected Recognition program, where any employee can send a small reward and recognition note to anyone else in the company for their contribution. Employees are allowed and encouraged to work from home, except for the roles that are required to work from the office.
Everything is good. there is nothing I can think worst about the benefits package at Cisco Systems.

Good pension scheme, you can buy an additional 5 days leave per annum, you can invest in Cisco's stock which you receive twice-yearly dividends on.
Best: Car allowance plus fuel card; decent bonus, health and dental care. Worse: They use the previous benefits as pay raises some times which defeats most of their purpose.
